We're looking for a driven and organized Project Manager with a strong focus on building scopes of work to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. If you have 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry and are ready to lead diverse building projects from kick-off to close-out, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and successful close-out of building-focused construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Manage project teams, including site superintendents, foremen, and trades, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress, identifying critical paths, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Oversee project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, change order management, and progress billing. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Ensure strict adherence to all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety excellence on all projects. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges. Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and internal leadership. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with other business units and project teams as required to support business needs.
What's Required:

3-5 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within the commercial, industrial, or building construction sector. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive problem-solving approach. Valid Driver's License.
