We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial/ Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage resources effectively, and utilize project management tools to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives while adhering to established timelines and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans using methodologies such as Waterfall and PMBOK to guide execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Utilize tools like Basecamp, Confluence, SharePoint, and Visio for effective project tracking and documentation.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs by conducting impact analyses.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and innovation.
Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field is essential.
Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
Knowledge of product management processes is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
A certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in industrial projects (predominantly) oil and gas preferred. Should have knowledge and understanding in reading schematics and drawings. experience in relevant industrial fields necessary.
