Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across our Roofing and Panels divisions. This role involves managing multiple projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and execution of multiple roofing and panel projects Coordinate with Estimators, Site Supervisors, and Installers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met Review project specifications, submittals, drawings, and contracts Schedule and chair internal and external project meetings Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update stakeholders Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor engagement Identify and resolve project issues, including delays, scope changes, and design conflicts Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations Prepare and submit project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers Assist with invoicing and project closeout activities

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in commercial roofing, metal panels, cladding, or exterior construction Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building envelope systems Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up construction documents Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites across Ontario PMP certification or related education in Construction Management or Architectural Technology is an asset
