Job Description

Jetline Contracting is looking for a Project Manager with experience in Steel Stud framing and with specific knowledge of High-Rise construction. Wood frame experience would be a bonus.

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of a project(s) to ensure they are completed on budget and on schedule while managing and maintaining client relationships. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, price and manage changes, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and visions.

Responsibilities include but not be limited to:

Oversee project from start to finish Manage contracts to ensure compliance Create, track, and manage project budgets Support site team Lead quality assurance program Manage site changes, including, pricing of change orders or revised drawings Attend site meetings as required Review, comment, and monitor site schedules Interpret prints Manage and send RFI's as needed Track, review, and monitor SI's Multitasking multiple sites; on average each manager is responsible for between 3-7 projects of various phases
Requirements:

Must have Reliable transportation Experience in High-Rise towers an asset. Must have a Good and Positive attitude Must be a Team Player Must have experience doing take offs and pricing Must be experienced in specifically & directly steel stud and drywall OST & QuickBid experience mandatory On tool experience an asset Experience with Procore, including managing your own Procore projects, an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
