Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality products on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initial conception to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee the project life cycle, ensuring all stages are completed on time and within budget

? Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations

? Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting

? Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks

? Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders

? Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, production managers, and sales teams, to ensure project success

? Manage project budgets and costs, including tracking expenses and forecasting project revenues

? Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded, including conducting quality control checks on all projects

? Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members as needed

Qualifications:

? Strong leadership and communication skills

? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

? Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project

? Knowledge of printing and packaging industry standards and practices

? Experience with budgeting and financial management

? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
