We're looking for a

senior-level Project Manager

who can lead jobs from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and bring a sharp business mindset to the table. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know the restoration world inside out, and want more autonomy and leadership opportunity -- this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing a portfolio of restoration projects (water, fire, mould, environmental, hazmat) Scoping and estimating jobs using Xactimate -- quickly and accurately Coordinating crews, subcontractors, and equipment to keep jobs on track Leading project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance Communicating clearly with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Solving problems on the ground and keeping customer satisfaction high Contributing to business growth and operational improvement

You Bring:

3-5+ years

of hands-on PM experience in the restoration or construction industry Proven ability to run multiple projects efficiently and profitably Strong knowledge of

Xactimate

and insurance estimating processes

IICRC certifications

(WRT required; others like ASD, AMRT, FSRT are assets) Familiarity with

hazmat/abatement

protocols a plus (asbestos, mould, bio) A sharp eye for detail, solid leadership, and confident decision-making Valid driver's license with clean abstract
