Requirements

-Five or more years of residential project management experience required.

-PMP Certification is an asset but not required.

-Experience with planning and running projects to ensure efficiency with both materials and labor

- Strong communication and problem solving

-Valid drivers license required.

Schedule

-We are currently working a 9-80 schedule. 9 hour days (7:30am-4:30pm) Monday to Friday with every 2nd Friday off. (long weekend every 2nd weekend!)

Typical tasks and responsibilities

Planning and running multiple projects at a time Occasionally stepping in on the tools to keep project timelines Help with coordinating materials, vendor & subtrades Visiting job sites to verify project progress & schedules are accurate Visiting job sites to measure and verify materials as needed Reviewing projects to ensure quality is keep to standards Communicate with/ manage teams and sub trades Monitor and report project progress daily Ability to prioritize and organize changes in scope of work Help with permits and inspections Using Google workspace and other software programs Communicate and complete walk throughs with customers on a regular bases Help track and maintain project costs Communicate feedback with entire team to improve company

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
