Responsibilities
Lead and manage small to mid-sized software development projects
Collaborate with clients to define project roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional Scrum teams, acting as a conduit between Product and technical teams
Define, monitor, and continually improve software development processes for Scrum teams
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and impediments to clients on a daily/weekly basis
Make confident decisions and influence key stakeholders to drive project success
Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, with a strong understanding of SDLC phases and the waterfall model
Track and manage program dependencies, sprint demos, and feedback loops from Product, Design, and Development teams
Execute projects from initial product backlog identification through to production deployment
Demonstrate strong consulting skills, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and empowerment of team members
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (required)
Master's Degree in Computer Science (preferred)
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Project Management
Experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management domains (preferred)
SAFe certification (a strong plus)
Experience with full stack development
Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify gray areas

Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations.
