Job Description
We're looking for a Remote Project Manager who's ready to take ownership, keep projects moving smoothly, and bring teams together--no matter where they're working from. If you love organizing, problem-solving, and making sure goals turn into results, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Lead projects from start to finish--making sure deadlines, budgets, and goals stay on track. Create clear plans, timelines, and milestones so everyone knows what's next. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones. Spot potential risks early and find solutions before they become problems. Keep stakeholders in the loop with updates that are simple, clear, and actionable. Help shape and improve how we manage projects as a remote-first team.
What We're Looking For
Experience leading projects and teams, ideally in a remote setting. Solid knowledge of project management methods (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Confidence using project tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com. Excellent communication--you know how to keep everyone aligned and motivated. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly. Bonus: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
