Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Information Management (IM) Architect for our Federal Government client.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1.1. Provide strategic and business transformation advisory services;
1.2. Provide related recommendations in support of ensuring the successful conception,
planning and delivery of key projects;
1.3. Draft project planning deliverables such as:
1.3.1. Business Case;
1.3.2. Project Charter;
1.3.3. Project Management Plan;
1.3.4. Benefits Realization Plan; and
1.3.5. Transition Plan.
1.4. Develop, manage and monitor a detailed project schedule and budget;
1.5. Develop and monitor project risk and issues logs including key mitigation plans and
strategies;
1.6. Create and present status reports to various project governance committees at the
request of the Project Authority (PA);
1.7. Manage coordination and completion of necessary project artifacts required for the
project success and effectively escalate and communicate risks and issues;
1.8. Support and use of the departmental methodologies provided by the PA;
1.9. Support the consolidation and prioritization of requirements, options analysis;
1.10. Support the team with required deliverables for each project; and
1.11.Participate in meetings either virtual or in-person upon request from the PA.
