What We Are Looking For :



We're currently seeking a Project Manager to support our growing financial technology team. This role reports to the Director, Corporate Services and works closely with our Financial Technology team to coordinate client projects and ensure seamless delivery. In this role, you'll lead the coordination of projects from discovery through delivery and close-out, ensuring our technical specialists can stay focused on execution. You'll manage project workflows, oversee timelines and budgets, communicate confidently with clients, and keep our systems (HubSpot, Jira, and SharePoint) organized and accurate.

This role is all about bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex technical projects. You'll provide leadership over the process by guiding teams, navigating scope changes, addressing issues early, and reinforcing expectations with both clients and internal stakeholders. Strong business acumen and a steady, solutions-focused communication style are essential. While your primary focus will be supporting our FinTech implementation work, you may also contribute to internal or cross-department initiatives as part of our broader project management function.

What You Will Be Doing :



Coordinate the full lifecycle of implementation projects - from sales handoff to onboarding, delivery, and close-out Manage project intake workflows, including scheduling discovery meetings and preparing proposals and engagement letters Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor project budgets for alignment with scope and estimates Prepare and distribute project updates and reports for internal teams and clients Lead client conversations about overages, added features, or changes to scope Organize and maintain project documentation in SharePoint and other internal systems Support billing by reconciling hours and deliverables with signed engagements Draft close letters, gather feedback, and coordinate project wrap-up Contribute to ongoing improvements in templates, workflows, and documentation Provide process leadership and alignment across technical, finance, and client support teams

What You Will Bring :



Strong business acumen and the ability to understand project budgets, scope boundaries, and financial impacts Confidence discussing timelines, scope changes, and budget considerations with clients Ability to anticipate risks early and make informed recommendations Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to stay composed under pressure A natural aptitude for technology and comfort learning new software, tools, and systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience :



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, implementation support, or a similar role Familiarity with tools such as Jira, HubSpot, or similar platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Asana Experience working with project budgets, timelines, and scope changes Experience supporting technical implementations or system transitions is an asset
