The Position

Neelands has an opportunity for a Project Manager, Refrigeration Construction, to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. This role will be reporting to the Construction Manager.



Description of duties and responsibilities

Managing construction projects across Ontario Preparing various types of proposals Managing teams for commercial and light industrial facilities installations, renovations, and design builds Preparing budget estimates and construction costs for mechanical requirements Ensuring timely delivery of services, materials, and equipment Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the project Preparing specifications and technical reports Tracking and maintaining detailed files for site-specific activities Issuing purchase orders and ordering of equipment Supplier Engagement - Build relationships with key suppliers, look for new suppliers, sourcing, shipping.

Qualifications:

5 years experience in Refrigeration/HVAC Project Management Ability to read and interpret blueprints for project estimation Knowledge of construction codes applicable to mechanical building systems Technical knowledge of refrigeration, and electrical systems Proficient in Microsoft office suite
