About the Role
Themes and Variations Inc. is looking for a full-time project manager for our content production team. This includes both our print products as well as our online resource, MusicplayOnline.
The primary focus for this position would be to develop and execute project management strategies for the team to successfully complete content creation projects for new products, as well as updates to existing products. Key focus areas include keeping the team on schedule, balancing workload and team satisfaction, and finding new opportunities to grow our output potential.

What You'll Do
- Develops content projects based on guidance from leadership, working closely with the Operations Manager and Office Leader.
- Maintains, delegates, and reviews content errors/bugs for Themes & Variations' products
- Continues to develop areas of specialization (graphics, video, notation, language, social media, etc.)
- Responsible for the content team (weekly meetings, task management, project management, etc.)
- Accepts on-call responsibilities for content requests on MusicplayOnline
- Reviews new content for spelling and grammar correctness before publication
- Completes content edits and/or uploads on the company's websites
- Connects with customers through social media (content creation, answering questions, etc.)

Hours and Compensation
100 hours maximum (~25 hours per week) for 4 weeks
$20/hour - paid bi-weekly
Applicant Requirements
To be eligible to participate in the FIRST Jobs TechBOOST Program:
-You must be a current student or recent graduate (within the past 12 months) from an accredited Alberta post-secondary institution
-You must have put in your best efforts to set up your LinkedIn Profile in order to complete the application form (and be seen as of interest to employers)
-You must be an Alberta resident
-You must be over the age of 18
