This Position reports to:


Engineering Manager

ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner.

We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

Responsible for the schedules and budget (costs) of their projects. Responsible for communications with clients. Responsible for cost consolidation during the project bidding process. Coordinates FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) with clients. Participates in the implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Coordinates various activities related to their projects (technical solution development, integration, testing, client training). Works closely with the operations, sales, order entry, after-sales service, applications, and engineering teams. Participates in various continuous improvement activities.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, with a background in manufacturing and project management or relevant expertise. Bilingual in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and initiative; excels at prioritization and is results- and customer-oriented. Team player with excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
