Position Summary
Project Manager, Program Mgmt-Surgery
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Surgical Program team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Surgical portfolio. This will include the launch of a new robotics program. The Project Manager will offer leadership and oversight across all stages of these strategic initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation of the robotics program and associated developments. This role requires demonstrated project management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in guiding cross-functional teams to achieve defined objectives.
The successful candidate will be proactive, exhibit sound judgment, and perform effectively with limited supervision. The role also requires organizational and analytical skills, as well as an understanding of health service integration. Responsibilities include managing projects using project management methodologies and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects and report to the Director of Surgery. This position contributes to the shared responsibility of ensuring health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and families.
