In this role, you will lead projects as big as your ambition to deliver high-quality products to our clients!


In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in the new product submission process.
Manage communications with customers and internally for parts in production start-up.
Be responsible for the production part approval process (PPAP) and the schedule for assigned projects.
Interact with subcontractors as part of the production part approval process. (PPAP)
Support production, analyze production problems, and implement solutions
Manage changes to production methods
Manage documentation of production methods and customer requirements
Optimize manufacturing processes

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
Training in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering, project management, or any other related field
Ability to communicate in French and English, both verbally and in writing, in order to interact with our English-speaking clients
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good analytical skills, resourcefulness, curiosity, meticulousness, and a love of teamwork
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Ability to use CAD software
Knowledge of working methods in foundry, machining, painting, and other metal transformation processes
Basic knowledge of geometric tolerancing
