We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager & PMO Lead to oversee the successful delivery of internal and external projects, ensuring that resource allocation and priorities are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Agile methodologies, interdepartmental collaboration, technology production, and change management processes
This role is eligible for a hybrid or remote work option.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management

  • Facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of internal and client-facing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Plan and sustain the implementation of process or policy updates to transition internal projects into desired organizational programs
  • Implement and maintain project management tools, including Jira, to track progress, manage backlogs, and report on key performance indicators
  • Champion Agile practices across teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Working with various departments, design and implement project management standards, methodologies, and best practices that are aligned with department functions and organizational objectives
  • Establish formal change management processes, supporting and developing procedural change advocacy
  • Monitor project compliance with organizational policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and reviews
  • Define and maintain documentation standards for all projects, ensuring consistency and clarity in project artifacts
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of project decisions, changes, and lessons learned to inform future initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing both internal and external projects, including direct client interaction
  • Proven experience managing technical, administrative, and manufacturing projects
  • Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management tools
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change management processes within an organization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in the technology or aerospace industry
  • Familiarity with additional project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Lean)
