SEQUOIA is a dynamic tradeshow and experiential marketing company specializing in creating high-quality exhibits and branded experiences. We work with national brands and agencies to deliver impactful trade show booths and experiential activations.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and on-time delivery. This role involves working closely with internal teams--including Operations, Warehousing, and Production--and collaborating with the VP, Client Partnerships.

Experience with Asana (or similar project management software)

is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage trade show and experiential projects from start to finish. Develop timelines, budgets, and task lists in Asana or comparable software. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors. Manage project budgets, purchase orders, and reconciliations. Oversee on-site logistics and installation. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

3+ years of project management experience (tradeshows, event production, or fabrication preferred). Proficiency with project management tools (Asana experience an advantage). Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing budgets and tracking costs. Familiarity with event logistics and fabrication processes.
