We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join our Business Enablement portfolio, supporting projects across Sales, Product & Partnerships, and Operations. You will lead enterprise-wide projects that often include technical components and require close coordination with both business and technology teams.

Location:

You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship

: You will report to the Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management.


Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

End-to-End Project Delivery:

Lead complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with sponsors and teams to define scope, gather requirements, and align on project goals.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with our teams and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of project deliverables.

Project Governance:

Apply project management processes including charters, plans, risk and issue tracking, financials, and procurement.

Team Leadership:

Foster a high-performance team environment and mentor junior project managers.

Risk & Issue Management:

Resolve risks and issues to maintain project momentum.

Reporting and Communication:

Maintain clear communication through status reports, meeting minutes, and partner updates.

Continuous Improvement:

Champion process improvements and apply lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes.

Project Closure:

Ensure documentation, handoffs, and post-implementation reviews are completed.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring


Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP Certification (required). 3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on projects with technical components. Proven ability to manage multiple projects across full lifecycle phases. Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies. Background in process improvement and business consulting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence and lead consensus among diverse stakeholders. Collaborative, energetic, and self-motivated team player. High attention to detail and quality. Experience in the payments industry is considered an asset.
