Position Summary/ Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support and lead multiple marketing-related projects across our organization. This role focuses on workflow management, organization, and keeping projects on schedule, rather than creating or strategizing marketing content.
The ideal candidate is skilled in project organization, scheduling, project management software, communication, and stakeholder management. You excel at bringing structure to fast-moving projects, ensuring clarity of tasks and timelines, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the organization of timelines, tasks, workflows, and priorities for multiple concurrent marketing-related projects.
Organize work across cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, communications, category management, design, and external vendors).
Set up, manage, and optimize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello, Airtable).
Host regular project check-ins, status updates, kickoff meetings, and follow-ups.
Track deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Maintain clear documentation, project briefs, schedules, and reporting dashboards.
Identify risks, delays, and resource gaps; help remove operational roadblocks.
Support project organization but not responsible for marketing strategy or content creation.
Education and Experience
5 -7 years of project organization or project management experience (creative, operations, admin, PMO, or other non-technical PM backgrounds welcome).
Strong proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar.
Excellent time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Comfortable leading multiple stakeholders and managing many simultaneous projects.
Experience working with creative, marketing, or cross-functional teams (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a non-technical project management role (e.g., operations, marketing ops, business support, PMO).
Familiarity with creative or marketing workflows is an asset, but not required.
Ability to build or improve processes, templates, and project dashboards.
