Job Description



We seek to add a Project Manager who can positively contribute to our team. The successful candidate is a self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, is extremely organized, detail-oriented, has a positive attitude and a vast knowledge of construction and trades.

Responsibilities



As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with clients, sub-contractors, and colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Specifically, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

Project plan development Contract administration Project execution Issue resolution Risk identification Analysis and planning Control management of changes, budgets, and schedules Project estimation Coordinating sub-trades and suppliers Business Development

Qualifications



Minimum five (10) years of construction industry project management Strong business acumen in project planning and management Knowledge of Canadian Building Code Excellent time management and computer skills Ability to motivate and think outside the box when needed Willingness to adapt to new concepts Ability to recognize issues as challenges Strong verbal, written, and organization skills

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
