Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing high value ICI construction projects throughout Ontario.
- Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and Primavera to manage schedules and documentation.
- Lead team meetings, provide project updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates while ensuring timely progress reporting.
- Perform other duties as required to support successful project execution.

- A university degree in Engineering or Architecture from a local University or College
- 3-5 years experience in project management in the ICI construction industry preferred
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Identify and manage risks
- Well organized and able to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (such as MS Office 365, Projects, Planswift, AutoCAD, Etc.)
- Valid Ontario Driver's license with clean abstract
