We are partnering with an excellent organization that's looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site in the Ottawa-South region.Advantages:-Competitive salary (80-90K)-Full benefits + 3 weeks vacation-Free parking-Opportunity for advancement-Great leadership teamResponsibilities:-Coordinate labour, resources, equipment and information in order to provide the prime technic al input for the roofing project-Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget-Create and maintain project schedules for ongoing jobs-Ensure resource availability and allocation-Liaise with site crew and provide feedback regarding objectives, scope and resolving site project issues-Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs-Track progress and communicate milestones to related parties, manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders-Attend project meetings as required-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation-Attend job showings and provide input on drafting/issuing project proposals and RFPsQualifications:-Post secondary education in Engineering or related field-Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Management role-PMP designation is a strong asset-Clean driving record is required-Demonstrated experience in project coordination is essential-Have strong knowledge of Roofing/Construction Industry; as well as roofing and construction materials is a strong asset-Ability to read and understand construction drawings-Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully from start to finishRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
