Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and or construction and will be responsible for overseeing various projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee vendor management and negotiate contracts to optimize project resources. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through regular updates and presentations. Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs. Ensure compliance with organizational standards such as PMBOK for quality management.

Skills

Proficient in project management tools. Excellent leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development. Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of basic construction concepts (electrical, plumbing, etc).

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
