No a beginner, someone with REAL experience in operation, leading and product.



You'll have to wear many hats at once, learn new things, have to adapt.



Right now it's chaotic, and that's why we are missing an operational brain, a genius that can help deliver a world class service.



I (Eliot the Founder), need to focus on growing the brand, the sales motion and building the team.



So... If you EAT "day-to-day" operations for breakfast, love improving a service product, efficiencies, building systems on the delivery side and managing projects...

YOUR ONLY 3 OBJECTIVES at Be Partner:



1. Keep the Founder, Eliot Rathe, (me), 100% out of delivery. By managing all client projects from A-Z.

2. Improving the

quality

of the service.

3. Improving the

efficiency

of the service/delivery.

That's it !! (we are looking for a hard working genius to do these 3 things VERY well).

JOB DUTIES (10):

(What will you do in order to have this happen ?)

1. Client communication

2. Building systems & SOP's

3. Building Zapier & N8N systems

4. Communication with editors, copywriter, interviewer and the founder Eliot.

5. Assuring the QUALITY and TIME/Deadline of each project is met.

6. Onboarding every new client (with a short call).

7. Systemising the onboarding process, creating the drive, sending access, starting project.

8. Using the project management tool (creating projects and signing off on each)

9. Actively improving the service + reducing costs and ineficiencies

10. Identifying the bottleneck of delivery and priority problems to fix.

KPI'S OF YOUR ROLE:

(How do we mesure the effectiveness of your work ?)

1. How many hours did Eliot, had to work on delivery (as little as possible) ?

2. What is the churn rate - (Make clients stay longer) ?

3. What is the value per customer - (Make clients buy more) ?

4. How many customers are being referred to us - (More word of mouth) ?

5. How many clients can we handle with the current team - (Increasing capacity) ?

6. Are we above 80% gross profit margins for the delivery - (Decreasing costs) ?

AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:



At least 2 years of experience working as a project manager, operations manager OR in online service product delivery -- (ideally in a marketing/communications agency) Ability to create SOPs and fantastic systems Experience of deep interest of integrating AI in your work (N8N & Zapier mainly) You must have a laptop, "duh".

The ideal delivery team looks like for a "pack" of clients:

A project manager (you) An Interviewer - (asking the questions and guiding the clients) One/Many editors - (creating the edited/produced videos) A copywriter - (writing the written posts, AI assisted) A virtual assistant - (scheduling the posts for the clients)

It is a Full-time Role in Montreal:



Hours:

09:00-17:00

(Some days it will be more, some days it will be less)
