RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the following:

Review project proposal and execution plan as agreed with client; Prepare the proposal per RFP package; Prepare status reports, gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information about the project for management and for stakeholders Validate customer requirement, manage project scope, timelines, hours and assumptions. Finalize the definition of project scope, WBS (work breakdown structure), budget, schedule and objectives; Assign and manage project team at each phase and determine project responsibilities and organisation chart; Define, with Discipline Engineering Managers, final project man-hours and deliverables; Plan and manage project execution activities (engineering, procurement and construction) overall; Develop or update (as required) the project execution plan (PEP); Establish, with project controls, the project deliverables schedule and overall execution schedule; Direct, with the Project Engineer, engineering and design work to meet established budget and schedule; Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, schedule changes and recommend actions; Analyse and review technical evaluations of contractor/supplier bids; Manage team productivity and effectiveness, and ensure outputs meet the requirements & satisfaction of all stakeholders; Maintain company reputation at the highest by complying with all applicable regulations and laws;

Proven experience in project management within the oil & gas industry Excellent time management and budgeting abilities Effective communication and team management skills

Pay: $55,179.43-$160,000.00 per year
