- Develop and maintain master schedules (MS Project/Primavera) and look-ahead plans with the Site Superintendent.
- Run weekly OAC/site meetings; issue minutes, action logs, and risk registers.
- Track costs: change orders, progress draws, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete.
- Ensure compliance with OHSA, WSIB, COR/ISNet standards, and the Ontario Building Code; champion site safety and quality.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, inspections, commissioning, and closeout documentation (O&Ms, warranties).
- Build strong client relationships and proactively resolve issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
What You Bring
- 4-7+ years' experience managing construction projects in Ontario (commercial interiors, institutional, light industrial, or multi-res).
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Solid knowledge of contracts (CCDC), change management, and construction means & methods.
- Proficiency with MS Project (or Primavera), Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, and Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid G-Class driver's licence and ability to travel to GTA job sites.

What We Offer:
- Diverse project portfolio with clear growth pathways to Senior PM.
