Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fabrication and welding projects. This role requires a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, welding techniques, and project management practices. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with clients, engineers and the shop supervisor to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple fabrication and welding projects from start to finish Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with customers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency Monitor job progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients Source and manage subcontractors, vendors, and materials as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fabrication/welding or industrial setting Strong knowledge of welding processes, metal types, and fabrication practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., AutoCad, Excel, or similar) PMP certification or similar credential is a plus OSHA safety training or familiarity with shop safety standards preferred

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
