Client sites throughout the Greater Vancouver Area including 1931 Nelson Street, Vancouver, BC
Job Duties:
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative policies and procedures
Carry out administrative activities
Oversee and co-ordinate training
Provide production updates and prepare periodic and special reports
Recruit, hire and supervise staff as needed
Budgeting/ Estimating projects of various sizes
Supervise projects and schedule activities (building painting projects, window cleaning, power washing)
Establish work priorities making sure deadlines are met
Provide solutions whenever a challenge arises
Coordinate equipment, supplies, etc.
Ensure health and safety regulations are met
Liaise with clients and staff
Able to effectively deal with customer complaints
Assemble data and prepare manuals and correspondence Oversee some administrative operations
Required Skills:
Studies in Business Administration or related
Experience in building maintenance
Project management experience
Budget management
Staff management experience
Minimum of 2 years of similar experience
Must be able to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time
Understanding of equipment utilized in all projects
Experience providing quality customer service
Supervisory skills
