Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, construction knowledge and resource allocation. Project manager will hold certifications for water, fire & smoke, structural drying, odour control, mould, asbestos, biohazard, working at heights, The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring progress, resolving conflicts, and providing regular updates to the team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans and timelines. Lead project teams to ensure successful completion of projects. Manage resources and budget to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Communicate project progress to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance and provide corrective action when needed. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement. Knowledge with Xactware programing, docusketch and insurance claims
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
