About the Role:

Do you thrive on orchestrating complex architectural builds? Excited by the challenge of managing intricate creative projects from concept through installation? Kubik Maltbie is looking for a seasoned

Project Manager

to lead client relationships and project delivery for world-class experiential spaces. You'll guide one to two projects or collaborate on larger teams, ensuring each is completed on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

design development

, integrating drafting, graphics, interactives, and other elements while maintaining budget goals Coordinate

subcontractors and supply-only packages

, ensuring timely progress and compliance Lead

project meetings

, track milestones, and maintain alignment with timelines and expectations Manage

production flow

to synchronize with installation phases and minimize delays Monitor and update

cost-tracking schedules

to reflect current financial positions Prepare detailed

progress reports

for internal and client presentations Compile

Operation & Maintenance manuals

Support

financial oversight

on assigned projects

About You:

5+ years managing multi-phase projects in construction, architecture, or exhibits Deep technical knowledge of

millwork, interior finishes, and showcase fabrication

-- especially for museum-grade builds Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal communication and written documentation abilities Collaborative and adaptable across teams and stakeholders Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite
