3+ years as Management Consultant

Project Planning: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define workstream objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop workplans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Project Execution: Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and objectives are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues / roadblocks.
Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Apply data visualization techniques to interpret findings and present actionable insights.
Process Assessment: Evaluate existing processes, workflows, roles and supporting technology to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and identify potential solutions or enhancements.
Technology Assessment: Build and validate use cases aligned with business needs, conduct market and internal research to identify potential tools, platforms or systems, support evaluation and shortlisting of potential vendors and solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Director, CI team members, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations as needed.
Recommendation Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ideas and propose feasible recommendations aligned with project goals and strategies.
Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement frameworks to assess the impact and success of recommendations.

Requirements
Professional Experience
oProven experience (2+ years) in management consulting, preferably with a focus on process improvement, business transformation and/or operating model development.
oEducational Experience
oMinimum requirement of bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Strategy, Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations, Research, Engineering.
oMaster's degree in related field or equivalent experience is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $60.44-$65.30 per hour
