R\xc3\x89SUM\xc3\x89Le gestionnaire de projet planifie et supervise la r\xc3\xa9alisation de bout en bout des projets assign\xc3\xa9s et veille \xc3\xa0 ce que ceux-ci soient livr\xc3\xa9s dans le respect du p\xc3\xa9rim\xc3\xa8tre, du budget et des exigences.\xc3\x80 ce niveau de poste :Les projets sont g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ralement de complexit\xc3\xa9, de risque et d\'exposition mod\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s. PRINCIPALES T\xc3\x82CHES ET RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89SPour les projets assign\xc3\xa9s :

  • Planifie et supervise la r\xc3\xa9alisation de bout en bout des projets assign\xc3\xa9s. \xc3\x80 ce niveau, les projets g\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s sont g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ralement de complexit\xc3\xa9, de risque et d\'exposition mod\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s.
  • En collaboration avec les parties prenantes du projet, d\xc3\xa9finit le p\xc3\xa9rim\xc3\xa8tre, les livrables et les exigences du projet.
  • D\xc3\xa9veloppe et met en \xc5\x93uvre des plans de projet.
  • D\xc3\xa9termine les besoins en ressources et en budget, les estimations des co\xc3\xbbts et les d\xc3\xa9lais.
  • Identifie les risques du projet et d\xc3\xa9veloppe et met en \xc5\x93uvre des plans de mitigation et de contingence.
  • Surveille la r\xc3\xa9alisation du projet par rapport aux d\xc3\xa9lais et veille \xc3\xa0 l\'ach\xc3\xa8vement en temps voulu.
  • Supervise les activit\xc3\xa9s des membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de projet et surveille l\'ach\xc3\xa8vement des t\xc3\xa2ches du projet.
  • Communique l\'\xc3\xa9tat du projet aux parties prenantes concern\xc3\xa9es.
  • Veille \xc3\xa0 ce que les projets soient livr\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 temps, dans le respect du p\xc3\xa9rim\xc3\xa8tre, du budget et des exigences, et conforme \xc3\xa0 toutes les exigences r\xc3\xa9glementaires, environnementales, de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.

  • D\xc3\xa9veloppe et maintient des relations efficaces avec les clients.
  • Responsable de la r\xc3\xa9solution des probl\xc3\xa8mes, de la gestion des attentes des clients et de la satisfaction des clients.

CONNAISSANCES ET COMP\xc3\x89TENCES REQUISES
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me coll\xc3\xa9gial ou universitaire, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence en technologie architecturale, technologie de la construction, technologie de l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail \xc3\xa9quivalente.
  • 3 \xc3\xa0 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projet.
  • Solide capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 livrer les projets \xc3\xa0 temps, dans le respect du budget, des sp\xc3\xa9cifications et en conformit\xc3\xa9 avec toutes les exigences, y compris mais sans s\'y limiter aux exigences r\xc3\xa9glementaires, environnementales, de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
  • Solide capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9velopper et g\xc3\xa9rer un budget de projet.
  • Solide capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 att\xc3\xa9nuer et g\xc3\xa9rer les risques de projet.

  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise des applications MS Office, en particulier MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, ainsi que capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 apprendre rapidement de nouvelles applications.

  • Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. At this level, projects managed are typically of moderate complexity, risk and exposure.
  • In collaboration with project stakeholders, defines project scope, deliverables and requirements.
  • Develops and implements project plans.
  • Determines resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Identifies project risks and develops and implements mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Monitors project delivery against timelines and ensures timely completion.
  • Oversees the activities of project team members and monitors project task completion.
  • Communicates project status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental and health and safety requirements.
Client Relationship Management
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • College or University degree preferably in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of project management work experience
  • Solid ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications, and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Solid ability to develop and manage project budget
  • Solid ability to mitigate and manage project risks
  • Advanced ability to influence, persuade and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced ability to develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
  • Advanced ability to manage client relationships and expectations
  • A high degree of client service orientation
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and performance
  • Possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices and technologies in order to optimize project delivery and deliver value to the client
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications in particular - MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, along with ability to quickly learn new applications
Licenses and/or Professional AccreditationOne or more of the following would be considered an asset:
  • Project Management Institute Accreditation or in progress.
  • LEED certification or in progress
