The company operates through two divisions, Retail Banking and Services, and Corporate and Institutional BankingPosition: Project ManagerLocation: Montreal, QC, H3A 2A6Duration: 20 MonthsJob Type: ContractWork Type: OnsiteShift: 8:00am to 5:00pm:Responsibilities:Main goal is to support a major global activity migration with strong operational complexity with Front Office, Trade Support, PnL, Finance and Technology teamsRequirements gathering and Requirements documentation updatesLead UAT phase:Writing test casesRunning the UAT sessions with IT and Operations partnersTracking & Publishing UAT progressDevelopment of the detailed project plan and tracking the progressBudget trackingTracking/monitoring progress of blocking conditions prior to GO Live.Lead meetings with business and IT partners to gather high-level business requirements.Prepare slides and distribute minutes for the Steering Committee and Operating Committee meetingsCoordinate the rollout into productionMinimum Required QualificationsKnowledge of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement in the following areas:Equity DerivativesSecurities LendingFixed IncomeMust have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation.Identify and assist in resolution of risks and issues that will adversely affect planned project milestones.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation.Experience with JIRA/Confluence/WikiSupport a major global activity migration with strong operational complexity with Front Office, Trade Support, PnL, Finance and Technology teamsTekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
