Your Role



Stakeholder Management: Ensure communication between various stakeholders (internal and external), gather requirements, clarify expectations, and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Progress Tracking: Monitor the progress of work, quickly identify gaps and risks, and propose corrective measures to meet deadlines and expected quality. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and monitor project-related risks. Implement mitigation plans, inform the program director, and recommend adjustments as needed. Documentation Development: Prepare and keep project documentation up to date, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and closure files. Change Management: Support teams in managing organizational and technological changes, and assist with user training. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards and that processes comply with organizational requirements.

Your Team




The IT department consists of more than 2,300 experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes.



You will report directly to the Program Director - Hyper Automation. You will work under their supervision, receive strategic direction, and report on project progress. You will also collaborate closely with IT team members, internal clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Prerequisites



Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience At least 6 years of experience as a project manager in large-scale projects and in large companies Experience in facilitating workshops and coaching Comfort with Agile delivery methods Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.) Good understanding of FSO (Financial Service Operations) technologies and IT processes Leadership, initiative, and analytical skills
