Infosys is seeking Genesys Cloud contact center specialist.



Qualifications Basic



Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.

Required skills

Design and deploy Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. Customize call flows, IVRs, and routing logic using Contact Flows. Implement real-time and historical reporting dashboards. Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of contact center solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and customer support. Troubleshoot and optimize existing Genesys Cloud implementations.


Required Skills:

8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in managing complex enterprise applications and infrastructure Strong experience in application architecture and cloud architecture. Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, and application design patternPreferred Qualifications: Master's degree Genesys Cloud Certifications. Familiarity with Contact Center and Case Management is a plus. Experience in working with the application development teams. Strong communication and documentation skills, including creating executive-level presentations. PCI Compliance: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining PCI compliance for enterprise applicationss. Familiarity with Genesys Cloud architecture, including selecting optimal services for specific use cases. Exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI setups is a plus. DevOps and CI/CD: Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and observability tools (Harness, Dynatrace) Ability to design and communicate architecture effectively across teams. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required Strong communication skills, Team player, and good attitude


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

$98486 to $ 134404
