Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, business stakeholders, and leadership. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Conduct regular status meetings, report project progress, and escalate risks or issues proactively. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models). Manage budgets, track project expenses, and maintain financial accountability. Identify project risks and roadblocks, creating mitigation and contingency plans. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, and other Agile ceremonies as needed. Oversee documentation including project charters, requirements, timelines, and post-implementation reports. Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
