The Role
We need a
Project Manager
who can orchestrate complex electrical projects from sale through commissioning while keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be the connective tissue between customers, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams--managing everything from $50K engineering projects to multi-million dollar site installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead custom engineering projects: scope, budget, timeline, stakeholder communication
Track standard product orders and identify process breakdowns before they become problems
Coordinate installations and commissioning activities (scheduling, logistics, accommodations)
Serve as customer advocate with EPCs, contractors, and end-users
Hold purchasing, manufacturing, and operations teams accountable to timelines
Prepare project documentation and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements
What You Bring
Required:
Engineering degree
(Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
PMP certification
or equivalent
5+ years project management experience
, preferably in manufacturing or industrial equipment
Exceptional communication skills

Strongly Preferred:
Familiarity with electrical power systems (transformers, switchgear, generators)
Experience with industrial/electrical equipment manufacturing
Understanding of IEEE, CSA, UL, or IEC standards
Experience working with EPCs or contractors in the electrical industry
