Job Description

Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been providing our services since 1997. We provide demolition, hazardous materials abatement, emergency response, storage tank removals, new construction, rebuild, renovations and more.

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team.

This position will require you to be on site and will have minimal in office work. You will be working alongside the Operations Team and Estimations Team to ensure successful completion.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Responsible for all aspects of project execution on various types of projects such as rebuild, abatement, demolition and civil projects Responsible for all pre-construction activities and coordination required such as kick-off meetings, development of schedules, start-up documentation, permitting, locates, etc. Engage in all project activities which include monitoring subcontractors, supervision, procurement, negotiation, billing, and any other job related activities Will be responsible for pricing any related change orders Be accountable for resolution of any problems or inconsistencies that occur throughout the project. Ensuring that projects are successfully completed within budget and in accordance with the project schedule and tender documents Preparing all required project documentation and information such as close-out documentation, billing, change orders, RFIs, correspondence, meetings, etc. Provide daily reporting on your tasks/observations to management Analyze drawings and specifications to provide comments on risk and any issues Evaluate, review and source subcontractors Supervisor and coordinate various project sites alongside the Site Supervisor and other project team members Ensure relationships with owners, subcontractors and consultants are developed and maintained Provide leadership in developing project teams and team members Other duties as assigned from management

Key Qualifications

Must possess a valid Driver's License and have access to a car Must have minimum 3 years of experience in this industry Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to work varying schedules Knowledge of building codes, environmental laws
