Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Project Manager

to lead our commercial construction company tenant improvement division . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, ensure project success, and contribute to the growth of our organization through effective project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities



Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in accordance with established project management frameworks. Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and risks to ensure successful completion within defined parameters. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions. Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations and performance monitoring to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments. Implement change management strategies to adapt project scope or objectives effectively while minimizing disruption. Conduct data analysis and data collection to support decision-making processes related to project progress and outcomes. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status, risks, issues, and solutions effectively. Ensure adherence to organizational standards for quality management and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills



Extensive experience with project management tools. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in requirements gathering and requirements management processes. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Expertise in vendor management negotiations and risk management strategies. . Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement; capable of delivering compelling presentations. Experience with product management principles including product development lifecycle and product delivery strategies. Knowledge of TI project management practices involving administration . This position is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about driving projects forward with precision while fostering collaboration across diverse teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision necessary to manage complex projects successfully from inception through completion.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
