Overview:

We're building something big--and we're looking for ambitious, young, driven, and gritty talent to help lead it. This role is for someone who wants to get out of the trenches and eventually manage them. You'll be working directly with 5-6 field crews, making sure every install runs smoother, faster, and with better client outcomes. If you've got some boots-on-the-ground experience running machines or managing a job site and are hungry to grow into a six-figure leader--this is it.

What You'll Do:

Support our foremen daily so they can focus on leading, not chasing problems Help crews stay organized, prepped, and dialed in with materials, equipment, and planning Assist with onboarding new field staff using Leanscaper systems Track job numbers and productivity (efficiency, time, material usage, job costing) Manage tools, trucks, and fleet maintenance proactively Be the gap-filler--spot the inefficiencies and fix them Elevate jobsite quality, reduce rework, and create smoother installs Be a communication bridge for a better client experience Grow into a management role--this is your proving ground

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years in landscaping, excavation, or contracting (equipment experience a big plus) High energy, organized, and solutions-first mindset Hunger to grow into a $30-$40/hr leadership role--this is a long game Comfortable working across multiple teams with competing priorities Strong communicator who keeps people aligned and accountable Obsessed with improving workflows, not just doing the bare minimum
