Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICI Project Manager to join our client\'s team in Milton. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the construction and development of Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects, with a preference for those who have worked on K-12 school projects.

• Manage and oversee ICI construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced project scheduling software.
• Utilize Jonas construction management software for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
