Project Manager

to join our dynamic team. With over 50 years of experience in industrial construction and millwrighting, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized solutions to our clients across Ontario and beyond.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and maintenance projects. You'll work closely with our office team, millwrights, fabricators, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and project quotations. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with department managers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Attend job walks and oversee project start-ups. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as needed. Maintain strong client relationships and support business development.

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwright or equivalent. Strong knowledge of construction methods, mechanical systems, and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites. Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Blueprint reading. Gold Seal Certification in Project Management is an asset

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in the office, shop and construction settings, with exposure to various environmental conditions. Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.

This is a full-time permanent position at 1540 Floradale Rd, Elmira. Hours of work consist of 44 hours/week. Pay is based on experience and ability. The pay range is $48-52/hour.
