Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager specializing in Metal Processing & Fabrication. Project Managers at Brenco operate in a dynamic environment. Daily tasks consist of a variety of duties including inside sales, estimation, CAD, account management, and quality control. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and organized, have CAD experience and project management and/or industry experience. Brenco will provide training to the right candidate, however experience is an asset.

The top qualities we are searching for in a candidate include knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) & MS Office programs, good written and verbal communication (English), attention to detail, strong conceptual and mathematic skills, good judgment, an ability to work independently and as a team, confident phone skills, good time management, a positive attitude, the ability to work well under pressure/deadlines, and an eagerness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Transforms information from customer drawings into detailed shop drawings and work order; completes the work order accurately, including materials, outsourcing & freight costs Completes documentation for shop procedures and accurately inputs into the project management software package. Performs inspection of finished goods and applies label for shipping approval; prepares necessary paperwork and shipping instructions Resolves warranty and rework issues with the customer to the satisfaction of both the customer and Brenco Provides the customer with a quote detailing price, delivery date and terms for payment, reviews work order costing upon job completion, determine errors, omissions or production efficiencies. Brings potential issues to the attention of management for investigation. Represents the company in a professional manner and educates customers on the company's capabilities

Minimum requirements:

University degree or college diploma in engineering, design and drafting technology or in a related field At least 3 years of experience Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) & MS Office programs Good written and verbal communication (English)

Pay: $76,500.00-$80,000.00 per year
