is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing HVAC manufacturing and installation projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to effectively manage project teams, client relationships, and subcontractors across multiple job sites in Atlantic Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address changes or issues promptly.
Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards on all worksites.
Monitor and report project progress, performance, and financial results to management.
Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate documentation throughout each project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Building Systems Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
Experience with Trimble software is an asset.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
