ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Project Management will support the Coca-Cola team on day-to-day campaign and project management, which includes (but not limited to): working with internal EssenceMediacom teams and clients to align on key dates; communicate these dates to all stakeholders; creating templates for internal teams to follow to ensure consistency; owning key campaign/project follow through & delivery; helping optimize our team\'s way of working using process & technology.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Project Managers (PMs) of all levels work collaboratively to scope, plan, and administer the design and construction process for multiple, concurrent projects. PMs are accountable for managing the work of project teams including multiple internal stakeholders and client stakeholders. They are responsible for defining and managing project scope and schedule, as well as engaging and motivating teams. Highly organized, PMs have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong interest in the professional services/consulting category. A proactive person who is quick to respond and can work to a deadline. YOUR IMPACT:
As a member of the project management team

  • Own and manage timelines for all key deliverables understanding and managing expectations from the client and agency team
  • Manage client weekly status making sure all items are captured and the next steps are clear
  • Tracking campaign briefing and budgets in a tracker and alerting Directors and internal specialist teams of inconsistencies
  • Support the Directors to plan and oversee workflow for campaigns, including the tracking of overall budget, brief, and schedule
  • Ensure appropriate usage of project management and communication tools for maximum effect
  • Have insight to the overall team\'s capacity and work with the teams to smooth out the workflow
  • Work with each internal investment or specialist team to break down their process to find efficiencies
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to better understand opportunities for future improvement
  • Partner with internal investment & specialist teams to better understand their challenges, offering creative and innovative solutions to solve timeline and delivery challenges
  • Partner with Directors and investment leaders to make time for training in team schedules as a communicator
  • Manage prioritization of projects with Directors and key clients
  • Play an active role in team status with clients taking responsibility for timelines and areas of deliverable expectations
  • Ensure client follow-ups are executed in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with Managers and Directors to understand where team improvement can be made and execute corresponding plans in line with the role

  • Think at scale - how to find solutions not just for the situation at hand, but more generally and systematically across the team(s)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree or Diploma in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally 2+ in an agency or media publisher is desired
  • Advanced Excel experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of Project Management software experience on a major platform (Asana, Jira, Trello, Wrike, etc.) desired; more preferred
Client Management or Client Success experience preferred
