Project Manager
Job Description
Successful planning, execution, monitoring,control and closure of several projects
Plan and manage a wide range of projects from start to finish while overseeing procedures to ensure all projects are completed with the highest degree of safety, quality and productivity while ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
Support site foremen on all relevant day to day activities while determining needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors)
Allocate responsibilities to site foreman as required
Review specifications and plans with site foreman/crew to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate while identifying inherent risks and opportunities
Consult and communicate with key stakeholders that may include engineers, architects, consultants, owner's reps., contractors and subcontractors regarding changes and assist estimator with any potential adjustments to cost estimates.
Assist estimator in preparing budgets post contract award as well as schedule milestones
Assist with progress billing
Report progress of projects with management
Participate in pre and post construction meetings as required
Other related duties as required
