The Position



As a Project Manager with 519 Painters, you will be responsible for:

Job Site Management



Oversee Multiple Job Sites:

Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.

Material Ordering:

Procure necessary supplies and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays.

Walkthroughs & Introductions:

Conduct initial walkthroughs with homeowners and crews to establish rapport and review project plans.

Execution Planning:

Collaborate with teams to create and communicate a clear plan for each project.

Daily Job Site Check-ins:

Monitor progress, address issues, and provide on-site support to crews.

Quality Management:

Oversee and manage quality at all job sites to meet company standards and homeowner expectations.

Job Site Maintenance:

Ensure cleanliness and order at all locations throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication & Coordination



Homeowner Relations:

Answer questions, set clear expectations, and upsell additional work or upgrades to homeowners as appropriate.

Owner/Admin Collaboration:

Communicate uncertainties, share updates, and align on schedules and priorities.

Problem Resolution:

Handle on-site challenges effectively to minimize delays or disruptions.

Change Orders:

Conduct and document change orders on-site to adjust the scope of work if items were missed or added.

Financial Oversight



Expense Tracking:

Monitor and manage project expenses to maintain profitability.

Final Walkthroughs:

Inspect completed projects with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

Payments & Reviews:

Collect final payments and encourage Google reviews for completed work.

Upselling Opportunities:

Proactively identify opportunities to recommend and sell additional services or upgrades to homeowners during and after the project.

Marketing & Growth



Hang door hangers and distribute marketing materials around new project sites to attract local business.

Team Support



New Hire Onboarding:

Assist in integrating new laborers or subcontractors into the team.

Material Delivery:

Deliver extra materials to job sites as needed.

Future Project Coordination:

Work with the owner/admin to schedule and prepare for upcoming jobs.

Timeline Management:

Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects
