Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, including but not limited to:
Leading the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters
Defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and visual artifacts
Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Facilitating regular project status meetings and preparing clear, concise progress reports
Coordinating cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance delivery environment
Supporting organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities
Assisting with process engineering and business architecture efforts to ensure alignment with
ServiceNow
and ITSM capabilities
Conducting post-implementation reviews and capturing lessons learned to improve future project delivery
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
(required)
Proven experience as an
IT Project Manager
, preferably within a
government or public-sector environment
Demonstrated delivery experience with one or more of the following:
+ IT Service Management (ITSM)
+ ServiceNow implementations or enhancements
+ Cloud migration initiatives
