We're looking for a skilled

IT Project Manager

to lead key technology projects from concept to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to enterprise architecture, and influence digital transformation across the organization.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects Develop project charters, business plans, and scope documents Assign responsibilities and manage project teams and timelines Collaborate with vendors, departments, and leadership stakeholders Prepare and present progress reports and project deliverables Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards Support change management and communication planning Promote a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction

What You Bring

5 years experience in leading healthcare portfolios or initiatives 3 years experience with data integration between clinical applications in the Canadian eHealth environment Proven experience managing complex IT projects Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities Familiarity with project governance and reporting standards Knowledge of business analysis, resource planning, and risk management
